Data you provide via the contact form, WhatsApp or email: name, email address, phone number, property address (if applicable), the content of your message, and IP/browser data via cookies.

• Contract management — preparing and monitoring tenancy agreements.
• Communication — relevant information about our services (with consent).
• Legal obligations — tax and statutory retention duties.

4. Retention

• Contact requests — up to 1 year after handling.
• Tenancy agreements and administration — 7 years (tax retention).
• Newsletter/marketing — until you withdraw consent.

5. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We share it only with processors acting on our behalf (under a processing agreement), when legally required, or — with your consent — with rental candidates as part of a letting.

6. Cookies

We use only functional cookies, which require no consent. No analytical tracking cookies are currently active; if added, we will ask for consent via a cookie banner.

7. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Send requests to info@bright-apartments.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
